If you’ve changed your mind after making a booking (paying the security deposit), we charge 20% of the advance. However, if you decided to cancel only 48hrs before the booking then the cancellation charges will be up to 50% of the advance.

The rent is for 48 hours spread over 3 days. • Day 1- Try out the wardrobe. Pay the security and rental. Collect the Dress • Day 2- Look pretty with you choice of dress and enjoy the attention! • Day 3- Return it and take back the balance security deposit
Yes, you can pre- book the clothes for a longer duration, subject to availability and at an additional cost.
Totally! All out-fits are Always dry-cleaned before you take them with you. Always.
We will help you getting it altered while we recommend you to come and try the dress on before booking it. Alternatively, send us your measurements to ensure best fit.
We take care of minor alterations when booked in advance
We understand that some wear and tear may be inevitable. The minimum security deposit covers minor stains and damage, but significant damage will be chargeable as per the damage.
